Dear Bitrix24 users,

As you know, there is an option to create Workflows in your Bitrix24 account. However, the process of creating such workflows is rather sophisticated, and you've asked for an easier way to create and configure workflows.

Today we'd like to present Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in Bitrix24. 

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a form of business process automation, a productivity tool that allows to configure automation rules for repetitive and time-consuming tasks and processes in your company. You can automate almost any business process, especially those that involve several participants.

Robotic Process Automation in Bitrix24 is presented in a Kanban view, as this interface is very convenient and our Bitrix24 users are already familiar with it as they are used to working with Kanban view in tasks, projects and CRM.

To create and configure RPA, you need to add stages that the workflow will move through and add actions that will be performed at each stage.
