Dear Bitrix24 users,
Following the latest Bitrix24 Calendar update, there is now a very cool option - to invite external users to Bitrix24 Calendar events by email.
This option will allow to create events both for your company employees and connect any external users (partners, clients, etc.) by specifying them as email recipients. The external user will then receive an invitation and will be able to add the event to their own calendar.
You can also get a notification whether the invited user has accepted the invitation or not. To do so, please make sure you enable the Notify of decision option, that appears in the invitation form when creating the invitation.
This option also allows to check whether the guest has received the invitation, edit the event after the invitation has already been sent, to automatically send attachments with the invitation.
