We are glad to inform you that the tasks module in Bitrix24 has been updated!
Here is the list of some updates:
Sorting tasks by activity
The new "Activity" parameter stands for any changes in a task. Every time a task has been modified or commented, the task is moved up the tasks list.
Counters
The green counters in the tasks list show the number of new comments, while the red counters - the number of overdue tasks.
Pin and Mute options
Now there is an option to pin the tasks that you need to always be displayed at the top of the list. In case the tasks notifications are distractive you can now mute them with the mute option.
Updated navigation bar in the Tasks section
Now it's compact, includes everything you may need to work with tasks and projects, and can be expanded to see the roles.
Mobile app
Mobile tasks have also been updated. Now you'll get a push notification to your phone if the task you participate in has been updated or a new comment has been added to it.
