2. Stick to one task at a time (and don’t be afraid to say no!)

Block out time on your calendar so nobody can interrupt you and find a nice quiet corner to get to work. If anybody interrupts, you can calmly explain that you’ll be available later in the day.

With HR departments wearing so many hats, organizational tools are an obvious way of simplifying your day, reducing stress, and avoiding mistakes.
