New reports in CRM Analytics

Dear Bitrix24 users, 

Today we are happy to present two more types of reports in Bitrix24 CRM Analytics: 
  • Individual Performance Report
Individual performance report analyses the amount of each sales manager's won deals and helps you rank your sales managers by this criteria. The information from the report may be used for work evaluation of each sales manager.

The information in the report includes sales manager data, deals in progress, total won deals amount, average won deals amount and conversion.

  • Top Grossing Clients Report
Top Grossing clients report shows clients with the highest total amount of won deals. The data from this report may be useful, for example, when creating a loyalty program or giving personal discounts.

The information in the report includes client data, total deals amount, won deals, value and conversion.
