As the number of your clients grows, you may face the need to create and send out large numbers of quotes and invoices each day. In Bitrix24 CRM there is a useful option to help you with that -
invoice and quote templates.
In each template you may configure required fields, a payment system, select the type of client (contact or company) that the template will be created for as well as other important information. What is more, it is possible to create templates in different languages, that would be really convenient in case you have customers from different countries.
Once the template is configured, it becomes available in the list of payment systems, and every time you'll need to create a new invoice or quote, you or your sales agents will just have to select a document type to have an invoice or a quote automatically filled in and created.
