Dear Bitrix24 users,
As you may know, we've recently introduced the
new CRM form designer added to our Bitrix24 to easily create and edit existing CRM forms. The new designer is really flexible and allows to edit and visualize the form right in the edit mode.
In this article we'll cover the CRM forms settings options like placements and domain change.
CRM form placements
You can place any type of CRM form (callback form, feedback form, appointment form, etc.) created in Bitrix24 on any website, and it doesn't matter whether it is created in Bitrix24 or any other CMS.
CRM form placements on the Bitrix24 site
For sites created with Bitrix24, the form can be placed as a block on the page. You can adjust the form parameters and design or change its position on the page. For more information and detailed instructions, please see
this article.
CRM form placements on a site created not in Bitrix24
You can also place Bitrix24 CRM form on a site created in another CMS. There are three options available in this case: as a block on the page, in the window that opens after the page loads or in the window that opens after a button click. Please see
this article for details.
Best regards,
Your Bitrix24 team
