Change the Responsible Person in the CRM

Dear Bitrix24 users, 

As you know, in Bitrix24 CRM system, the majority of CRM items like leads, deals, contacts, quotes, invoices and CRM web forms have a responsible person assigned to each of them. 

In Bitrix24 there is an option to change the responsible person in case needed. For instance, you have several CRM agents responsible for different CRM item stages or sales pipelines, or need to transfer the client to the support department after closing the deal. 

You can change the responsible for a specific CRM element one by one or perform a group action for several items. But do keep in mind that group actions are not available for CRM web forms.
