The Meetings and Briefings section is a useful communication tool designed for structuring and managing both online and offline meetings with colleagues. The meeting creation process includes several simple steps, depending on the information you need for the meeting: topic, attendees, date, time, duration, description, agenda, the responsible people for the questions to be discussed. There is also a useful option to create a task with a deadline for each responsible person, add the topics to the meeting from the previous meetings or tasks. All in all, the creation section is really flexible and rich in options to help you stay focused on what's important and store the meeting information and results for future reference.
Once the date and time of the meeting comes, simply click on the Start meeting button for the meeting to begin. Inside the meeting page, you will see the general meeting information with attendees, date and time, stage, etc. on the right and the agenda and minutes section on the left. You can edit the agenda during the meeting, mark the agenda topics as completed, add general comments to the meeting and do other options. Once the meeting is finished, it is stored in the My meetings list with the stage of the meeting specified, the option to resume the meeting or get back to the meeting in case needed. There is also a convenient search option to search the meeting by name, stage, attendees, owner and other filters.
