Dear Bitrix24 users,

Meeting and briefings have always been an inseparable part of team communication and collaboration. Since nowadays many companies have switched to working remotely, traditional offline meetings are temporarily off the table. Anyway, the importance to hold meeting is still there for the majority of them. In Bitrix24 you may create meetings both offline to meet in person and online via videoconferencing.

In the Meeting and Briefings section of your Bitrix24 account you may create a meeting with specified topic, date, time and duration, list of attendees (with the option to get notified when attendees confirm or decline invitation), location, add a detailed meeting description with files and the option to specify a project and other important information. There is also a meeting Agenda section with the option to add the questions planned to be discussed during the meeting. You can also assign the responsible person to each question, add this question as a task for a responsible person and specify the deadline.

This way you can easily record and store the important information before, during and after the meeting inside the meeting, assign the meeting to a project and get back to the meeting result any time needed.
