We've got good news for you. You can now create lookalike audiences in Bitrix24 CRM Marketing for effective retargeting campaigns.
Lookalike audience is a tool that allows to find and build the new users audience with their interests similar to those of your existing clients in your CRM, thus expanding your customer database.
The process works as follows: Bitrix24 transfers the encrypted CRM contact list to the ad platform, while the ad platform builds a new user audience similar to your client audience for new retargeting ad campaign. Creating lookalike audiences in Bitrix24 CRM Marketing is now available via Facebook.
