Bitrix24 support is always here for you to answer questions about Bitrix24 tools and features. If you are an administrator of an account with a commercial subscription, you may contact Bitrix24 support any time needed.
With the recent changes to Bitrix24 support policy, the way you may contact Bitrix24 support team with any question and inquiries is changed. This happened due to the increased numbed of spam messages that our support team have been receiving this year. As the inquiries processing is handled one after another, a large number of spam messages has led to delays in replies that are needed urgently.
Due to reasons mentioned, now there is one way to contact support - you may use the Help widget by clicking the Question icon in directly inside your Bitrix24 account.
Here is how it works. After you click on the Question icon, you access the Support24 section with the quick search option, a list of articles and help videos that may contain the answer to your questions, and the option to install additional free apps from Bitrix24 Marketplace. Depending on the Bitrix24 module you access Support24 from, you instantly see the relevant articles to that very module.
In case no answer to your question is found, scroll the widget down and click the "Ask a question button" to contact Bitrix24 support.
