  • More Payment Options: Customers have their own preferred ways of paying, and if that method is not available, they might not complete their payment. Sure, they have other payment methods available, but again, it's about removing barriers and making life easier for them.

  • All in One Place: At a glance, a customer should know how much your shipping costs, how long delivery will take, and whether they will be given any tracking information, Don't expect them to check your FAQs or contact your support team.



3. Provide a Discount Code

Click the "Discount" tab in your Shopify store to see all active discount codes. Clicking "Create Discount" will then give you the option to add some new codes to the list and target price-conscious shoppers.

Customers are always looking for a discount and are much more likely to purchase if they find one. Any discount won't do, though. 5% is rarely enough, 20% is sure to win over some potential customers but will also eat into your margin. 10% is usually the sweet spot.
