MAKE Pages is a user-based content system for your on-premise (self-hosted) Bitrix24. Using the simple categories and page creation, you can create content that is easily navigated, fully indexed in the global search, and categorized.
Version 2 of MAKE Pages is now available, with automatic integration of Workgroups and several other key improvements. This product can serve various roles in your corporate intranet.
Wiki: Content divides into categories and searchable, has internal linking and other wiki-type features. Regular users can make content without access to the Bitrix24 Control Panel.
Standard Procedures / Formal Documentation: standard operating procedures, policies, by-laws, or rules of conduct can be officially documented along with a history of changes. This add-in was originally developed to provide ISO compliance.
In the Subjects section of a landing page, there is a new column, “Seen”, that shows the current user whether or not he or she has viewed the article in its most up-to-date version. Content editors can reset this field when an important update has been made, allowing the system to keep users updated and inform them of new content.
Internal links among articles are now easily seen on each page, and they are divided into incoming links (from other pages) and outgoing links (to other pages).
Other improvements include comments on previous versions of pages; red vs. blue links for pages that are not yet created vs. ones that are; comment sections on each page.
