Access Permissions in Tasks
Dear Bitrix24 users, 

We are glad to inform you that you can now configure access permissions for tasks in Bitrix24. 

You can find this option in Tasks and projects section > More > Access Permissions.

Thanks to this option you can grant granular permissions to employees or departments to have appropriate access to tasks and perform various actions necessary. By default, there are three roles available: full access, supervisor and employee roles, but you can always configure the existing roles or create new ones.

Then there is a variety of permissions to configure for each role in Tasks: edit task, delegate task, add participants, view all tasks in own department, edit available tasks in own department and 15 more options; Templates: create task templates, view own department's templates and more; Create automation rules for own tasks in Automation rules and Manage access permissions option on general.
