Connect Instant WhatsApp to Bitrix24 Open Channels to reply to your customers. Client's information and communication history will be automatically saved in your CRM.

How does it work? The customer opens Bitrix24 widget on your website, selects WhatsApp and is redirected to the personal WhatsApp (mobile or desktop). As soon as the customer sends the message, the responsible sales agent gets a notification, opens automatically created chat in Bitrix24 (inside the associated deal) and continue communication. 

There is no need to have a Facebook or WhatApp registration to set up this integration for your Bitrix24.  The channel is already automatically connected to your widget or open channel.
