Background

Founded in 2012 in Jaipur, Rajasthan, Technology Mindz is an IT service-based organization providing tailored solutions to clients in the US and India. The company specializes in Salesforce consulting, AI development, and IT management services.

With a team of 80-100 employees, Technology Mindz delivers its services through a partner network. The company operates from its sole office in Jaipur, focusing on helping businesses achieve digital transformation and operational efficiency through innovative technology solutions.

Challenge

In 2021, we were searching for an all-in-one solution that could handle sales management, project management, and HRMS efficiently. We struggled to find software that met all our needs without sacrificing quality.

Another challenge was the lack of demo availability – most providers pushed for a purchase without allowing us to test the software first. This made it difficult for us to evaluate whether their solution would be suitable for our team before making a commitment.

Prior to discovering Bitrix24, we explored multiple options, but none provided the flexibility and functionality we required. We used Slack for employee communication, Google Sheets and Box for data management, and manually managed emails.

Solution

In October 2021, we discovered Bitrix24 through a Google search while looking for an all-in-one solution for sales, project, and HR management. We initially knew it was related to employee management and sales funnel optimization, making it a potential fit for our business needs. Over the course of 1-2 months, we explored several HRMS and project management tools, eventually taking a demo of Bitrix24 through one of its partners.

We tried the free subscription and made initial configurations. At first, we weren’t very impressed, especially due to customer support being based in Vietnam, leading to communication challenges. However, with the help of guides and chat support, we gradually became comfortable, and it took our team about a year to fully adapt to Bitrix24.

Bitrix24 has significantly streamlined our operations. For employment management, it allows us to connect with all users on a single platform, including external users like vendors and freelancers, while keeping internal communications separate.

The Bitrix24 Drive feature helps us store and share data effortlessly. With attendance, leave management, and group announcements, tracking tasks and ensuring everyone is informed is now seamless.

For managing our sales funnel, the Bitrix24 CRM has been a game changer, allowing us to efficiently track leads and sales processes. In project management, the ability to create distinct project groups, set deadlines, manage overdue tasks, and track hours spent using Bitrix24's tools has greatly improved our task management and productivity.
